Coordination with Ministry of Power (MOP), & Central Electricity Authority (CEA), New Delhi for necessary recommendation.
Taking necessary approval from the Ministry of Railway, Rail Bhavan, New Delhi for the Rail Route feasibility.
Support from our technical team to register & participation in Linkage Auction with coordination with MSTC.
Getting verified the submitted documents to be made available by you in respect of achievement of milestone activities as per datum fixed in terms of Scheme Documents by the committee members of Standing Committee constituted by the WCL comprising their officers from Legal, Finance, Engineering & Maintenance, Environmental & Commercial Department.
Getting executed the Fuel Supply Agreement (FSA for 5 years) with WCL by you on satisfactory submission of documents from the competent officers in respect of various clauses of FSA to ascertain the same being effective for next Five years. This gives guarantee for supply of FSA quantities to your plant. Notably, as per extant policy these FSAs are renewable/ extendable for two times in succession for 5 years each. Hence the FSA will be applicable for next 15 years.
Arranging submission of Linkage Documents for release of coal from the Rail/ Road mode for your captioned plant.
Providing necessary feedback of different collieries in respect of superior quality, minimum detention of trucks to ascertain complete lifting of coal quantity within specified period.
Submission of application for coal in time for release of coal from captioned collieries of WCL. Getting done allocation of the coal of captioned collieries and keep you informed immediately the payment of the coal cost to be deposited with WCL by you along with its mode. In case of Rail Movement necessary Bank Guarantee towards financial coverage will be provided by you.
Arrange to issue Road Release/ Rail program including Rake allotments & its placement making necessary follow – up with Railway authorities.
Supervision of Rake loading, checking and ensuring proper quality and correct quantity.
Submission and getting processed required papers/ documents etc., on your behalf till delivery of coal to your works.
Arranging transportation by Road, in case of Road Release, from the collieries to your works.
Getting WCL coal bills and refund, if any, on your behalf.
